September 23, 2025——Public Money, the experimental ambient project of London based producer and composer Jasmine Barbe, today confirms her debut Amulets EP is set for release October 24 via Crane Operator. Ahead of the EP, she today shares the title track with a stunning video by Felipe David——listen/share “Amulets” here and watch the teaser video here.

She is quickly becoming a fixture in London’s underground, with Soundcloud releases earning a co-sign from emerging producer Lauren Duffus in Wonderland Magazine and recent sets at Kindred Radio, 180 Reference Point with Brief Encounters, and George Tavern.

Produced entirely in her bedroom, and mastered by Steve Vealey (Daedelus, Fievel Is Glauque, Pulgas), the Amulets EP blends textural experimental electronics with enveloping ambient atmospheres, evoking themes of paranoia and mysticism. We are excited to share it with you.

Raised on Salad Fingers and her mum’s CDs, she grew up with the sonic imprint of Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, shoegaze, and William Basinski. In her work, fragments of classical music drift through shifting electronic textures, emerging like artifacts from a dream - familiar, but altered.
